2010 PEARLAND VOLLEYBALL CLASSIC
Dear Volleyball Fans,
This year we are going to raise money for the Livestrong Foundation which will go towards the fight against cancer. We are making the cost of the shirts reasonable for all to purchase and at the same time give back to a worthy cause. The price of the t-shirt will be $10.00 each.
We are also having a contest with all the teams entered in the 2010 tournament. Each time a shirt is bought, the buyer will choose which school they want the sale to be credited to at that time. The school that gets the most sales will win a special prize at opening ceremonies. So, we encourage all of you to get out there and buy your shirt and help your team win the contest.
On Thursday, August 26th, we will be having “Splash It Yellow Day” in Pearland, Texas. All the teams participating in the tournament will design their own t-shirts that are predominately
yellow and wear it throughout the day on Thursday. We will also have the businesses throughout Pearland decorating their offices and also wearing
YELLOW on that Thursday! We encourage all of you as fans to do the same –
WEAR
YELLOW on Thursday, August 26th.
We hope to show the state that volleyball cares and will help beat this dreaded disease.
